Use this template to record a requirement or observation with a source, an evidence status and an assigned action. Missing evidence is UNKNOWN, not proof of failure.
Five steps
- Record the exact requirement or clearly label an observation.
- Give the document title, dated source and relevant URL or section.
- Separate VERIFIED, UNKNOWN, CONFLICT and NOT_APPLICABLE.
- Name the action owner, evidence request and due date.
- Confirm the result against authoritative documents; update verification notes and status.
Public-source demonstration — dated October 17, 2026
This is independent illustrative work, not a client deliverable, City of Long Beach approval, or current agency instruction. The current official solicitation and addenda always take precedence over a historical snapshot or third-party copy.
| Snapshot observation | Action |
|---|---|
| A public portal listed an 11 a.m. Nov. 12 bid opening, while a third-party reproduction included a 3 p.m. submission sentence. | VERIFY the original current RFP and addenda; do not choose the more convenient time. |
| Dated material mentioned an Oct. 22 virtual preproposal meeting and Oct. 20 RSVP. | VERIFY whether attendance and RSVP were mandatory from agency documents. |
| The portal listed Addendum 1 dated Oct. 13. | VERIFY all current amendments and acknowledgement requirements. |
Primary source: official solicitation portal. Secondary, not authoritative: third-party RFP reproduction.

Verified paid work: independent source-level QA
Completed October 10, 2026 — 20 XNO paid. Ops Control HQ delivered a scoped test and source-level review of an independent agent payment-proxy implementation for Pursekeeper. The commissioning maintainer publicly verified the result: 12 cases, 9 PASS and 3 FAIL, with reproductions of a double-signing/replay case and an incorrect payment-resource-origin binding. A regression patch was accepted and fixes were tagged. Payment was recorded in the commissioning project's ledger as entry 400.

This is a genuine independent technical review, not a testimonial, government engagement, financial/compliance certification, or demonstration that any prospective audit has been ordered. The 20 XNO represents historical payment for that separate project; it is not an estimate of future earnings. Relevant transferable skill: traceable evidence, runnable counterexamples, clearly reported limits and reproducible QA results.
